18th century gaming

Years ago, my friend Ashleigh took me to Colonial Williamsburg. We visited Chowning's Tavern to take part in the Gambols, 18th century gaming. It was so much fun to sit and play tradition games with friends, new and old. Years later, I was invited to a Regency Whist party at my friend Gretchen's house. Good friends, conversation, and wine made for a delightful evening of merriment. This group has met for private gaming parties for years and I'm happy that the public will now be invited to join. Atlanta Historic Dance presents it's first gaming night coming up on January 21st. To read more about this event and purchase tickets, click here.
